THE woman, the myth, the legend
Born and raised an hour south of Music City USA in Shelbyville, Tennessee, Ash grew up on great music. She knew she loved the stage when at the ripe age of 4 when she couldn't help but stand out onstage when she was supposed to blend in for ballet recitals. She quickly started acting and singing in local theater productions and you could say, "a star was born".

At 14 she taught herself how to play guitar, after spending years in lessons and band on both saxophone and piano, but it was guitar she really loved. It gave her a way to put music to words and she began writing songs.

Ash has been in Nashville, Tennessee for 10 years playing live music across Middle Tennessee. She is currently working on her upcoming EP, GIRL TALK, which will be her first full album release after cutting 2 singles last year.

Ash is passionate about telling her story, one that is fragmented with a struggle of mental illness, the escape of a tumultuous and abusive relationship, and the discrimination and bias of defining your space as a queer woman in the south.
